摘    要:以杨梅汁为原料,分别选用95%pH3.0的盐酸乙醇和含体积分数为0.5% HC1的甲醇溶液作为大孔树脂和葡聚糖凝胶的洗脱液,分离制备矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷.通过HPLC检测和标准品对照,经大孔树脂和葡聚糖凝胶纯化后,其纯度分别为29.05%和90.35%.

Abstract:Cyanidin-3-glucosid was separated and purified successfully from waxberry anthocyanins by macroporous resin and Sephadex LH20 with 95%(V/V)ethanol under pH3.0 and 0.5%(V/V)HCl methanol solution as the eluents, respectively. The contents of cyanidin-3-glucoside of the products which were purified by macroporous resin and Sephadex LH20 were 29.05% and 90.35%, respectively, compared with standard substance by HPLC. The product after purification is expected to replace imported standard for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
