刺激割制对PR107中龄橡胶树生胶质量及产胶生理特性的影响

摘    要:用中龄橡胶树PR107为材料,用5种割胶制度,即S/2d2,S/2d/3+ET2.0%,S/2d/4+ET2.5%,S/2d/5+ET3.0%和S/2d/6+ET3.5%连续割胶3a,比较了其生胶质量、胶乳生理参数、叶片光合作用能力等指标。结果表明∶(1)4种乙烯利刺激割胶制度间的生胶质量(灰分含量、氮含量、挥发物含量、塑性初值、塑性保持率、平均分子质量和门尼粘度等7项指标)无显著差异;(2)与传统的S/2d2割制相比,乙烯利刺激割胶的生胶质量无显著的变化;(3)1个涂药周期内不同割胶刀次的生胶质量无显著差异,而不同季节的生胶质量则有显著差异,但并非刺激割制所致;(4)乙烯利刺激割制对橡胶树的光合作用能力———叶片的净光合速率(P)、蒸腾速率(E)和气孔导度(C)等均没有显著的影响;(5)在生产上全面采用这些刺激割胶制度后,PR107的产排胶生理状况是稳定的,并没有出现与先期研究结果不同的变化趋势。

Abstract:The mid-aged Heveaclone PR107tres were tappedfor3years under5 tappingsystems:S/2d/2,S/2 d/3+ ET2.0%,S/2d/4 +ET2.5%,S/2d/5+ET3.0%,and S/2 d/6+ET3.5%.The natural rubber qualities,the latex physiological parameters and the leaf photosynthesis capacity were analyzed. No significant dfferences were found among the 4 ethrelstimulated tapping systems in terms of natural rubber qualities such as ash content, nitrogen content, and other 5 parameters. No significant differences were observed in the natural rubber qualities between the ethrel simulated and the conventional tapping system(5/2 d/2). There were no significant diferences in the natural rubber qualitis among the samples of dfferent tappings within a stimulation period, but marked dffer-ences in the natural nubber qualities among the samples in dfferent seasons. However, the diferences were not caused by stimulated tappingsystems. Ethrelstimulation had no significant impact on the leaf photosynthesis ca-pacity of rubber tres including net photosynthesis rate(P), evapo-transpiration rate(E) and conduct of stoma (C). The latex physolgical parameters of the rubber res of commercial plantations under ethrel simulated taping system were sable, which was similar to the reports of previous studies.
