| 摘 要： | 以“黔糖5号”甘蔗腋芽外植体为材料,将不同浓度的“黔兴1号”抑菌剂加入甘蔗培养基中,确定“黔兴1号”抑菌剂作为甘蔗开放式组织培养抑菌剂在甘蔗诱导及增殖培养阶段的最佳浓度。结果表明,“黔兴1号”抑菌剂浓度在0.5%时可有效抑制培养基的污染,外植体的成活率高达80%,芽增殖系数为3.1。

| Abstract: | In this paper,"Qian Tang No 5"sugarcane was used as the experimental material to determine the optimal antibacterial, induction culture and proliferation concentrations of "Qianxing No 1" bacteriostat solution in the medium for open tissue culture of sugarcane. The results showed that the explants survive rate and multiplication coefficient in the open tissue culture were 80% and 3.1 respectively at the concentration of 0.5% "Qianxing No 1" bacteriostat. |
