肇实高产优质栽培技术

为了提高肇实种植产量和质量，推动传统特色产业持续健康发展，结合肇实生产实际，在多年实践探索的基础上，从肇实生产栽培的地域环境、耕地条件和用种的选择到种子处理、催芽、播种及各生育期的田间管理、收获方法和病、虫、螺害防治等方面总结了肇实栽培技术。

High Yield and Quality Cultivation Techniques of Euryale ferox Salisb

In order to improve yield and quality of Zhaoshi, and promote the sustained and healthy development of the industrial cluster with traditional features, the cultivation techniques were systematically summarized up for the first time in this paper, which according to the biological characteristics of E. ferox and the conditions of Zhaoshi production area, combining the reality of Zhaoshi production, and on the basis of many years of exploration and practice. This new technology included the selecting geographical environment, cultivated land, seed, the methods of sprouting, seeding and harvesting, and the controlling of the insect, pests and paludina etc.
