摘    要:从授课内容、教学模式及课程考核方式等一系列改革措施出发,积极探索具有食品质量与安全专业特色的专业英语教学方法。通过教学改革,提高学生的专业英语学习积极性,及时掌握专业发展动态,并为毕业论文撰写、研究生入学考试及求职就业方面打下一定的基础。

Abstract:Professional English is a professional compulsory course of Food Quality and Safety and occupies a very important position in the construction of the major courses. In this paper, a series of teaching contents, teaching mode, and assessment methods was discussed to explore a novel teaching method for the professional English with specialized characteristics of Food Quality and Safety. Through the educational reform, students' learning motivation was improved, trends of professional development were grasped, and foundations of writing the thesis, National Master's Entrance Test and job application were prepared.
