枯草芽孢杆菌T122F菌剂对香蕉的生物效应研究

摘    要:采用室内与田间试验相结合的方法研究了枯草芽孢杆菌T122F菌剂对香蕉生物效应的影响。结果表明:菌剂能明显促进香蕉生长,主要表现为香蕉株高、假茎周长、叶片数以及叶绿素含量的增加。菌剂的施用还能显著提高香蕉内生细菌数量、叶片耐菌能力和根际土壤细菌数量。在300倍液处理下,从香蕉苗根部分离到的菌量为299.75×103 cfu/g FW,是对照的7.16倍,而从香蕉根际土壤中分离到的菌量则是对照的2.20倍。此外,经菌剂处理的香蕉根际土壤水浸液对香蕉枯萎病菌孢子萌发也表现出明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:The biological effects of Bacillus subtilis T122F to banana were studied by the combination of pot and field experiments.The results showed that T122F could promote the growth of banana plants and it was mostly manifested in the increasing of plant height, pseudo-stem circumference, leaf numbers and chlorophyll content of the plant. Application of T122F could also obviously increase the numbers of endophytic bacteria of banana plantlet in pot, the tolerance of banana to pathogen and the rhizosphere soil bacteria of banana plant in field. The numbers of bacteria isolated from banana roots was 299.75×103 cfu/g FW, and it was 7.16 fold contrast in treatment of 300 fold diluted solution of T122F. Meanwhile, the numbers of bacteria isolated from rhizosphere soil of banana plants was 2.20 fold, as compared with the control. In addition, the aqueous extract of rhizosphere soil treated with T122F showed remarkably inhibitory to the spore germination of Fusarium. oxysporum f.sp. cubense.
