摘    要:对橡胶树多主棒孢菌株3种室内产孢方法进行了比较,通过产孢量、孢子大小、活力和致病力等方面的评价,发现菌丝打断法结果优于自然产孢法和纸片产孢法。进一步的研究结果表明:光暗交替、28℃、pH7、RH75%是孢子产生的最适条件;产孢时培养基越多,产孢量越高;菌丝打断后36h时产孢量达到最高。采用菌丝打断法共进行25个多主棒孢菌株的室内产孢试验,所有菌株产孢量均在6.1×105个/cm2菌落以上。

Abstract:Three sporulation methods (hyphae-breaking, natural growth, and absorbent paper) were compared for their capability in producing conidia from Corynespora cassiicola infecting rubber tree. The results showed the hyphae-breaking method was superior to the other two methods in terms of yield, size, vitality and virulence of conidium. This method was the best for sporulation when C. cassiicola was cultured with alternative light and dark at 28 ℃ and 75% RH on the culture medium with pH 7.0. In addition, with this method more conidia were cultured on higher volume of the culture medium. The conidia yielded maximum at the thirty-six hour after the hyphae was broken. Twenty five strains of C. cassiicola were cultured for sporulation in the laboratory by using the hyphae-breaking method, and yielded more than 6.1×10~5 cfu conidia/cm~2 per strain by average.
