植物种质资源超低温保存技术研究进展

摘    要:超低温保存技术是目前长期有效保存植物种质资源的唯一方法。综述了国内外超低温保存植物种质资源方面的研究进展,介绍了超低温保存的原理,材料的选择和预处理过程,以及不同的冷冻方法和冷冻后的化冻和洗涤过程。展望了超低温保存技术在植物种质资源保存中的应用前景。

Abstract:Cryopreservation is considered to be the only valuable solution for long-term safe storage of plant germplasm especially for vegetatively propagated and seedless plant species. The advances in cryopreservation techniques were reviewed. The basic principles, the selection and pre-treatment of the cryopreserved materials were reviewed, and the different conservation methods as well as the thawing and unloading process were introduced. The prospect for future application of cryopreservation in plant germplasm was also made.
