甘蔗生产机械化技术推广的SWOT分析

我国甘蔗生产全程机械化示范推广已经开展了二十多年，基本技术已经掌握，但是推广面积仅占全国甘蔗面积的0.1 %，大部分种植者都在观望，现急需对甘蔗生产全程机械化推广进行分析研究。采用SWOT分析法，以湛江农垦为例，对甘蔗生产全程机械化技术在推广过程中所面临的优劣势、机会及威胁进行分析，得出结论，为甘蔗生产全程机械化的决策和规划提供理论和实践依据。

SWOT Analysis on Technology Extension for Mechanization of Sugarcane Production

Demonstration of full mechanization of sugarcane production in China has been carried out for over 20 years. In the process of extension, basic skills have been acquired, however, extension area only accounted for 0.1 per cent of total sugarcane areas in China. Most growers are looking on and urgent need for technology extension for full mechanization of sugarcane production to be analyzed. Take Zhanjiang state farms as an example, superiority, inferiority, Opportunity and threat during the process of extension technology of full mechanization of sugarcane production are analyzed by SWOT method. It is concluded that the theoretic and practical basis are provided for decision and designing of full mechanization of sugarcane production.
