| 摘 要： | 以基层农场综合办公室的现状和工作特点为视角，分析办公室主任沟通、协调作用的重要性及五个实现途径：即与上级领导、与各科室间、与综合办公室人员、与场各生产队员工及农民的沟通协调、与外部的沟通协调；提出办公室主任在发挥沟通协调时应注意的事项。

| Abstract: | he importance of communication of office director at the state-run farms is analyzed, including communicating and coordinating with leaders, different offices, officers, staff and farmers of different production teams and the outside. Suggestions are given that some points should be noticed during communication. |
