| 摘 要： | 通过优化AFS-9130、AFS-230型原子荧光光度仪的参数条件，对砷和汞的标准溶液及空白溶液进行测试，比较2个仪器在原子化炉加热和不加热的条件下，测量砷和汞的相对标准偏差、最低检出限、线性相关系数，结果得出：AFS-9130型各项指标均优于AFS-230型原子荧光光度仪，但AFS-230型测量速度要优于AFS-9130型。

| Abstract: | Test arsenic and mercury in the standard solution and the blank based on optimization the instrument parameters of AFS-9130, AFS-230 type atomic fluorescence photometry, and compare the test results such as relative standard deviation, detection minimum, linear correlation coefficient of two instruments in the atomization furnace heating and heating conditions. The results of test demonstrated that 1st indicators are better than 2nd; the 2nd is faster than the 1st. |
