摘    要:根据胶孢炭疽菌和尖孢炭疽菌特异引物对,对采自中国云南、海南、广东和广西植胶区的138株炭疽病菌进行分子鉴定。结果显示:138株炭疽菌中鉴定为胶孢炭疽菌的有100株,占总测定株数的72.46%,尖孢炭疽菌的有38株,占总测定株数的27.54%。其中海南、云南和广东橡胶苗圃中胶孢炭疽菌占所分析菌株总数比例分别为81.82%(54/66)、60.0%(15/25)和77.27%(17/22),而广西3个橡胶苗圃中的2个苗圃地尖孢炭疽和胶孢炭疽病菌各占一半。总体来看,国内橡胶树苗圃地炭疽病病原菌仍以胶孢炭疽菌为主,部分苗圃同时存在胶孢和尖孢炭疽菌的危害。

Abstract:Based on the previous study, the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides-specific primers CgInt/ITS4, and the Colletotrichum acutatum-specific primers CaInt2/ITS4 and CAF53/CAR356 were used for taxon-speific amplification to characterize the Colletotrichum species of 138 isolates from Colletotrichum leaf disease lesions on Hevea brasiliensis on the rubber nurseries in China. The results revealed that only 38 isolates belonged to C. acutatum, and 100 isolates to C. gloeosporioides. The rates of C. gloeosporioides on the nurseries in Hainan, Yunnan, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces were 81.82%, 60.0%, 77.27% and 52%, respectively. On the whole, the results indicated that C. gloeosporioides was the dominant species responsible for Colletotrichum leaf disease on H. brasiliensis plants in China.
