| 摘 要： | 从海南省尖峰岭热带雨林土壤中分离获得143株芽孢杆菌。经松材线虫初筛,获得8株拮抗活性在80%以上的菌株;经南方根结线虫二龄幼虫(J2)复筛,获得4株拮抗活性在50%以上的菌株,其中菌株DB13184的发酵上清液稀释10倍后,校正死亡率仍有56.7%。基于16S rDNA系统发育分析,显示菌株DB13184属于芽孢杆菌属,与菌株Bacillus toyonensis BCT-7112T的序列相似度达100%,二者在系统发育树上亦处于同一分支;结合该菌的培养特征、形态特征及生理生化特征,将其鉴定为Bacillus toyonensis。
