| Abstract: | By elaborating the importance of the cadres'personnel file management of agricultural scientific research institutes, this article has analyzed the present situation of the cadres'personnel file management under the new circumstances, and has put forward corresponding measures to strengthen the cadres'personnel file management, so as to provide complete information for human resources development of the research institutes. |
