绿鳞象甲对11种挥发物的EAG反应及对4种寄主的选择性

摘    要:采用触角电位技术(EAG)测定热带作物主要害虫绿鳞象甲对11种绿叶挥发物组分的触角电生理反应,并以茶树、芒果、柑橘、荔枝等4种绿鳞象甲常见寄主植物为供试对象,对其进行绿鳞象甲的室内选择行为试验。EAG试验结果表明:绿鳞象甲雌雄虫均对反-2-己烯-1-醇表现出最强的EAG反应,对吲哚表现出最弱的EAG反应,两者之间差异显著;从EAG反应值上看,绿鳞象甲雌雄虫对所测定各种化合物的EAG反应强度大小顺序基本一致。室内选择行为试验结果表明:绿鳞象甲对芒果的选择性最强,其次是荔枝和柑橘,选择性最弱的是茶树,说明芒果为其更适宜寄主。

Abstract:By using EAG technique, the antenna electrophysiological activity of Hypomeces squamosus to 11 green leaf volatiles compounds were recorded and the selectivity of these beetles to tea tree, mango, citrus and litchi were done under the laboratory condition. The EAG test results showed that, both in female and male, E-2-hexen-1-ol elicited the largest EAGs, while indole elicited the smallest EAGs, there exist remarkable difference. The EAG response intensity of H. squamosus sexes to 11 volatiles remained accordance. Meanwhile, the behavioral responses of H. squamosus to tea tree, mango, citrus and litchi indicated that H. squamosus selected first the mango, then litchi and citrus, the selection to tea tree was the last, this means that the mango was the more fit host plant of H. squamosus.
