摘    要:甘蔗遗传背景复杂,转基因技术是甘蔗品种遗传改良的重要途径。甘蔗转基因遗传改良主要是通过基因枪法和农杆菌介导法来实现,但目前我国的甘蔗转基因技术,普遍存在转基因效率偏低,获得的转基因株系偏少,难以筛选到目的基因稳定表达、有利用价值的转基因株系等问题。本实验室通过多年的经验积累,建立了一种高效快速的农杆菌介导法的甘蔗转基因方法。转化效率为20%,筛选效率达到90%,转化时间为4个月,操作简单,成本较低。

Abstract:Due to the complexity of genome background in sugarcane, gene trangsformation has been one of the most useful ways for sugarcane genetic improvement. But low efficiency and instablility are the major problems for gene transformation in sugarcane. After years of sugarcane transformation research, a fast and efficient gene transformation system has been developed in our lab. 20% of transformation efficiency, 90% of selection efficiency and only four months of transformation duration make it a low cost transformation approach.
