摘    要:对36个耐抽薹大白菜品种进行ISSR和SRAP分析.结果表明:10个ISSR引物共扩增出120条清晰的谱带,其中76条为多态性条带,占63.3%;12对SRAP引物,共扩增出218条清晰的谱带,其中多态性谱带160条,占73.4%.ISSR标记聚类分析将供试种质分为3个类群6组,分类结果与供试耐抽薹大白菜地理分布相似;SRAP标记聚类分析将供试种质分为3个类群5组,标记划分类群与叶色分类比较接近.ISSR和SRAP标记的遗传相似性系数不显著相关(r=0.150).两个标记整合后聚类分析可检测到更大的遗传变异.

Abstract:The genetic diversity analysis of 36 accessions of Chinese cabbage with tolerance bolting was performed using ISSR and SRAP markers.Ten ISSR primers amplified 120 bands with 76(63.3%)polymorphic and twelve SRAP primer combination amplified 218 bands with 160(73.4%)polymorphic.UPGMA-based cluster analysis using ISSR revealed the 36 accessions could be grouped into three main cluster groups and six inferior groups.The ISSR clustering matched similarly with the geographical distribution of the accessions.SRAP-...
