| Abstract: | The methods of efficiency supervision in foreign countries are introduced and the influencing factors on efficiency in scientific research institutions in China are discussed in the paper. On these bases, how to choose methods when implementing efficiency supervision is analyzed. How to apply method of establishing project and method of establishing system to practice flexibly in scientific research institution is discussed separately. |
