摘    要:以‘白光’、‘大满红旗’、‘贵妃’和‘黄油球’4个朱槿品种为研究对象,研究扦插基质与植物生长调节剂处理对朱槿扦插生根的影响。结果表明,基质是影响朱槿扦插成活的主要因素,‘白光’、‘大满红旗’和‘贵妃’的最佳扦插基质为椰糠,‘黄油球’的最佳扦插基质为河沙︰椰糠(1︰1);植物生长调节剂是影响朱槿扦插成活的次要因素,IBA 400 mg/L浸泡12 h为最佳植物生长调节剂处理。

Abstract:Four varieties of Hibiscus named ‘Dainty White’, ‘Large red flag’, ‘Kona’, ‘Butterball’ were used as the experimental materials in order to explore the effect of matrix and plant growth regulator  on  the  rooting  of Hibiscus cuttings. The results showed that matrix was the main factor affecting the survival of  Hibiscus cuttings.       The best cutting matrix for varieties ‘Dainty White’, ‘Large red flag’ and ‘Kona’ was coir dust, and that for ‘Butterball’ was river sand and coir dust with the ratio of 1 ︰ 1. Plant growth regulator was the secondary factors affecting the survival of Hibiscus cuttings, and 400 mg/L IBA soaked for  12 h  was  the  best  treatment  of  plant  growth regulator.
