硅对果蔗组培腋芽苗增殖生长及相关指标的影响

摘    要:通过在MS培养基中添加硅,研究不同浓度的硅,对果蔗组培腋芽苗无性增殖生长及相关指标的影响。结果表明:在0~0.70 mmol/L浓度范围内,随着硅添加浓度的增加,增殖率、净生长量、绿苗周期和叶绿素含量均呈增长趋势;但当硅浓度提高到0.88 mmol/L时,除了绿苗周期小幅增加不受影响外,其它指标则表现出明显的下降趋势。在硅添加浓度为0.70 mmol/L时,增殖率、净生长量、绿苗周期、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量等指标较对照分别提高了38.9%、27.7%、86.7%、119.3%和67.5%,差异均达极显著水平(p<0.01)。因此,硅的最佳添加浓度为0.70 mmol/L,可极大提高果蔗组培腋芽苗的叶绿素含量,有利于提高苗的光能利用率和增加光合产物累积量,促进增殖和生长,延缓功能叶早衰,这对提高果蔗腋芽苗工厂化生产的种苗质量和生产效率,以及降低生产成本都具有积极的参考价值和应用价值。

Abstract:In order to find the effects of silicon (Si) with different concentrations on the proliferation, growth and  relevant parameters of in vitro cultured fruit sugarcane axillary bud seedlings (ABS), Si was added into MS medium used for ABS clonal propagation. The results showed that the propagation rate, average  net growth, green plantlet  period and chlorophyll content all expressed an increasing trend as Si concentration increased in the range of 0~0.70 mmol/L. After Si concentration increased to 0.88 mmol/L, the parameters expressed a significant reducing trend except for the green plantlet period. The propagation rate, average net growth, green plantlet  period,  chlorophyll  content and soluble sugar content of  treatment  with  0.70 mmol/L  Si  increased  by  38.9%, 27.7%, 86.7%, 119.3% and 67.5% over the control, respectively. There were statistically significant differences (p<0.01) in all parameters between the treatment and the control.  It indicated that great effects of Si with suitable  content  (0.70 mmol/L) in  MS liquid medium on increasing propagation rate and reducing cost of ABS production in vitro.
