| 摘 要： | 从基础设施建设阶段到技术合作阶段再到可持续发展阶段，中国援非农业技术示范中心的工作内容差别很大。作为农业技术示范中心负责人，示范中心项目专家组组长必须在不同阶段适应自己的岗位职责，才能使示范中心工作不断迈上新台阶。

| Abstract: | The work in China Aiding Africa Agricultural Technology Demonstration Center is quite different from the period of infrastructure construction to the period of technology cooperation and to the period of sustainable development. As the head of the agricultural technology demonstration center, the leader of the projects' experts must be adapted to the responsibilities of the position. Only in this way will he be able to lead the demonstration center onto different advanced stages. |
