| Abstract: | The farmers' production behavior is largely influenced by government regulations. The status of government regulations on agricultural production safety in Hainan is summarized in this paper. Main problems in government regulations on agricultural production safety are discussed. The influence of government regulations on farmers' production behavior is analyzed. And countermeasures and proposals are put forward. |
