摘    要:采用补加PVP的SDS法,提取得到高质量的荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn)胚性培养物基因组DNA。对荔枝胚性培养物的RAPD分析结果表明:荔枝胚性和非胚性愈伤组织、玻璃化胚和白色胚、不同染色体数目的细胞系类型之间在DNA分子标记上存在差异,证实荔枝胚性愈伤组织继代及再分化过程中存在遗传物质的变异。

Abstract:High-quality genomic DNA was extracted from litchi embryogenic cultures by the SDS method plus PVP. The RAPD analysis showed that there were differences in DNA molecular markers among the embryogenic and nonembryogenic calli, the vitrified and the white embryoids and the three screened cell lines with different chromosome numbers, which proved that there existed variation in hereditary substances during the process of subcultures and differentiation of embryogenic calli in litchi.
