环氧化天然橡胶的流变行为和力学行为

摘    要:用橡胶加工分析仪研究了环氧化天然橡胶ENR)的流变行为和力学行为,并和天然橡胶(NR)进行了比较。结果表明,在高剪切速率区,ENR和NR的表观粘度都随剪切速率的增加而降低,但 ENR表观粘度的降低幅度比NR小。ENR和NR的粘流活化能均随剪切速率的增加先降低而后又增加,但ENR粘流活化能比NR大。在大应变范围,ENR的转矩S'的应变响应明显与NR 不同。在高频区,随温度增加NR的G'略有降低,而ENR的则明显下降。

Abstract:The rheological behavior and mechanical behavior of epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) were studied by using rubber processing analyzer, and the test results were compared with those of natural rubber (NR). The results showed that in the range of high shear rate, the apparent viscosity of ENR and NR decreased with the increase of shear rate, but the decrement of the apparent viscosity of ENR was less than that of NR. The viscous flow activation energies of ENR and NR were reduced at first and then increased with the increase of shear rate, but the viscous flow activation energy of ENR was higher than that of NR. In the range of high strain, torque S' response from strain of ENR was obviously different from that of NR. In the range of high frequency, the modulus G' of NR was reduced slightly with the increase in temperature, but that of ENR decreased obviously.
