人参果皂苷口服液质量标准研究

摘    要:通过对人参果皂苷口服液质量进行研究,建立人参果皂苷口服液质量标准。利用薄层检查对其鉴定。采用分光光度法及滴定法对人参果皂苷口服液中人参皂苷含量和木糖醇、山梨酸含量进行测定。结果表明人参果皂苷口服液质量检验方法简便、准确,可用于快速检验人参果皂苷口服液的质量。

Study on the Quality Standard of Oral Ginseng Fruit Saponins Solunon

Abstract:s The quality standard of oral Ginseng fruit saponins solution was established through studying on the quality of oral Ginseng fruit saponins solution. That was identified by thin-layer examination. The content of Ginseng saponins , xylitol and sorbierte m oral Ginseng fi-mt saponins solution was determined by spectrophotometry and titrimetry. The results showed that the quality examination of oral Ginseng fruit saponins solution was feasible and the method was simple and convenient as well as accurate so that it might be used to fastly examination quality control of oral Ginseng fnfit saponins solution.
