摘 要: | 目的:在保证原工艺基本稳定的前提下,对附子理中片中人参提取时间进行优化。方法:以人参皂苷Re的含量为检测指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定各样品的含量,结合浸膏收率进行综合评价,确定最佳的提取时间。结果:浸膏收率和人参皂苷Re含量相对较高的两次煎煮时间分别为135min、75min。结论:该研究方法简便,准确,优化得到的工艺可以用于大工业生产。
