| 摘 要： | 目的：在保证原工艺基本稳定的前提下，对附子理中片中人参提取时间进行优化。方法：以人参皂苷Re的含量为检测指标，采用高效液相色谱法测定各样品的含量，结合浸膏收率进行综合评价，确定最佳的提取时间。结果：浸膏收率和人参皂苷Re含量相对较高的两次煎煮时间分别为135min、75min。结论：该研究方法简便，准确，优化得到的工艺可以用于大工业生产。
