摘    要:选用从土壤中分离出的148种微生物来进行人参皂苷Rb1微生物转化,HPLC分析显示能转化人参皂苷Rb1为Rg3的菌株11种。其中菌株YS-22和YS-38使人参皂苷Rb1有效地转化为Rg3。通过显微镜观察,YS-22属于杆菌,YS-38属于球菌。

Transformation of ginsenoside Rb1 to Rg3 by microorganisms from soil

Abstract:148 microbial strains were used to screen their ability for the microbiological transformation of ginsenoside Rbl.The samples were analyzed by HPCL in the laboratory.The results showed that 11 strains could convert ginsenoside Rb1 to Rg3.YS-22 and YS-38 were found to convert ginsenoside Rbl to Rg3 efieiently.The result of microscopic examination indicated that YS-22 belonged to baeilus, YS-38 belonged to coccus.
