山药薯蓣皂苷元含量动态变化的研究及采收期确定

摘    要:用紫外-可见分光光度法测定,以香草醛-高氯酸为显色剂,在波长为541nm处对不同采收时期的山药中薯蓣苷元含量进行测定,实验结果表明,山药中薯蓣苷元含量不同没有递增积累趋势,九月份采收的山药中薯蓣皂苷元的含量达到了一个峰值,而产量十月份的较高,对山药产量和薯蓣苷元含量需要进一步协调控制达到综合利用和生产需要。

Study on the diosgenin content of yam in different period

Abstract:Used ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry methods,with vanillin-perchloric acid as chromogenic reagent,for determination diosgenin content of yam at different collecting time were comparatively studied at the detection wavelength of 541 nm. the experimental result show that, diosgenin content in yam not increasing accumulation of different trends. Most diosgenin content in D. opposita was in September, but crop less than in October. Between the yield and the diosgenin content of yam need to be further control in ordor to comprehensive utilization and meet production need.
