摘    要:随着大量生物领域科研人员进入植物RNA研究领域,开展RNA研究,使得以RNA为终产物的基因组研究取得突破性进展,新的RNA基因不断增加,RNA的新功能不断被发现。但由于RNA的不稳定性,使得RNA操作远比DNA操作困难,且尚有大量未知的RNA及其功能等待人们去探索、研究.而这些研究又都基于高质量RNA的提取。因此,根据笔者自身实验经验,及在查阅大量相关文献的基础上。针对植物总RNA提取的一些关键影响因素、消除对策、RNA检测方法及RNA保存方法上进行了系统的阐述,旨在为高质量植物组织总RNA的制备提供理论参考,为RNA分子生物学实验后续研究提供理论支撑。

Factors of Affecting Total RNA Quality on Plant Tissues

Abstract:As a large number of biological field researchers go into plant RNA research field, and carry out the study, breakthroughs have been made in the genome research of end product for RNA. New RNA genes increase constantly, and the new functions of RNA have been found continually. But due to the instability of RNA, which makes the RNA operation more difficult than DNA operation. There are also a lot of unknown RNA and functions waiting for researchers to explore and research, But these studies are also based on high quality RNA extraction. According to the writer's own experimental experience, and consulting a large number of relevant literature, some key factors affecting extraction of plant total RNA , countermeasures of limiting them, detection methods and storing methods for RNA were illuminated in this paper. It was aimed at providing theory reference for extraction of high-quality total RNA from plant tissues and providing theory support for the follow-up study of RNA molecule biology experiment.
