摘    要:目的 优选人参药性菌质中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件.方法 通过单因素考察、正交试验考察,确定最佳工艺条件.以总皂苷含量为指标,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定.结果 人参药性菌质最佳提取条件为加7倍量50%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.5小时.结论 优选出的提取工艺简单,效率高,成本较低,可适用于大生产.

Abstract:By orthogonal experiments, the selection of total saponins of ginseng resis-tance mycoplasma extracts the optimum conditions. Better for the future developme-nt and rational use of ginseng resistance mycoplasma to provide theoretical basis for the resources. Methods: the use of ethanol concentration on extraction of total saponins of ginseng resistance mycoplasma rate to determine the optimum conditions. Results: By orthogonal experiments, screening of total saponins of extract the best conditions for extraction 50% ethanol of alcohol 2 times for 1.Shours. Conclusion: The use of ginseng resistance mycoplasma ethylalcohol extract of total saponins, method is simple, high yield, low costs, and has been widely promoted.
