不同脱胶菌株胞外酶系研究

运用SDS—PAGE法，通过系统研究T85—260、T1163、T66等3株脱胶菌株在纯培养、灭菌和未灭菌苎麻脱胶过程中的胞外酶系，初步明确了T85—260的胞外酶为组成型，而其它两种菌株的胞外酶为诱导型，T85—260存在较多种类脱胶关键酶，表达量多，而其它两种菌脱胶关键酶种类和表达量都少。T85—260的快速脱胶机理也作了分析。

Studies on the Extracellular Enzymes of Different Degumming/Retting Strains

The extracellular enzymes of 3 different degumming/rettingstrains of T85-260,T1163,T66 under pure culture, sterilized and dissterilized ramie deguming process were sudied with SDS-PAGE. The preliminary conclusions run as follows:The extracellular enzymes from T85-260 were constitutive type while those from other 2 strains were induce type. More kinds and amount of extracellular enzymes were secreted than the other 2 strains. The fast degumming mechanism of T85-260 were also analyzed.
