玉米穗位叶蛋白质含量等生理性状的变化研究

摘    要:研究不同时期穗位叶的部分生理性状表明:从吐丝期至其后42d,穗位叶的含水量、单位叶面积、蛋白质含量和单位叶面积蛋白质重量均呈现一个逐渐下降的趋势;穗位叶叶片干重和叶面积基本保持不变.相关分析表明,不同时期穗位叶的蛋白质含量、单位叶面积蛋白质重量与子粒蛋白质含量无关,而吐丝期穗位叶干重和子粒蛋白质含量呈显著正相关。

Abstract:The physiology characters of the leaf of ear in different periods have been studied.It is showed that the water content and protein content,leaf-area and protein weight per square of leaf of ear from silking to 42d after silking all reduce gradually,but dry-weight and leaf-area did not do.The correlate analysis showed that the protein content of leaf of ear in different periods and protein-weight per square did not correlate significantly with protein content of seed.Dry weight of leaf of ear was positive correlation significantly with protein content of seed.
