水分胁迫对玉米叶片水分代谢的影响

摘    要:试验在盆栽人工控制水分的条件下,比较了不同水分胁迫强度对不同抗旱性玉米杂交种叶片水分代谢的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫下玉米叶片水势、相对含水量、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均明显降低,随胁迫程度增强,降低幅度增大。其中叶片水势和叶片相对含水量与品种抗旱性密切相关,蒸腾速率和气孔阻力与品种抗旱性关系不明显。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted with the potted plants of three different maize hybrid varieties at three levels of water stress, and effects of water stress on water metabolism in maize leaves according to relative water content, water potential relative, transpiration rate and stomatal conductivity as guide line were investigated in three different maize varieties at three different growth and development stages. Results showed that water potential, relative water contents, transpiration rate and stomatal conductivity of maize leaves decreased as the increase of severity of water stress. Among these parameters, water potential and relative water content were significantly related to the drought resistance characteristics of varieties, however transpiration rate and stomatal conductivity were not the case.
