加拿大早熟群体杂交选系农艺性状的综合评价

摘    要:以80份加拿大玉米群体杂交选系为材料,通过田间农艺性状鉴定结果表明,供试自交系存在丰富的表型遗传变异.主成分分析结果筛选到12份综合性状表现优良的杂交选系,SW1184(B73×EP8)、SWl084(M017×EP3)、SW1081(Mol7×EP3)、SW1195(掖478x EP18)和Sw1137(龙抗11×EP21)等选系生育期较早,株高和穗位高适中,花期间隔较短,单株产量和百粒重较高,出籽率较高,其他性状综合表现较好.SW1184(B73×EP8)各性状表现均 优良,在育种中可优先利用.

Abstract:The 80 selected lines originated from Canada population were materials, the result showed the phenotype variance was rich by field agronomic character identification, the 12 selected lines which contained SW1184(B73×EP8), SW1084(Mo17×EP3), SW1081(Mo17×EP3), SW1195(Ye478×EP18) and SW1137(Longkang11×EP21) were superior to other lines by principal components analysis. The performance of selected lines was early-maturing, moderate height, shorter flowering interval, higher yield, high 100-seed weight and seed rate, and SW1184 was the best one. It could be priority used in breeding.
