玉米杂交当代F_0百粒重的遗传分析

摘    要:以139份DH系为母本、以百粒重不同的3份材料为父本通过不完全双列杂交,针对F0的百粒重的遗传效应研究探讨。结果表明,玉米杂交种F0百粒重的遗传属于加-显-上模型,广义遗传力为99.97%,狭义遗传力为59.10%;正向显性效应大,负向显性效应小;正向上位性效应大于负向上位性效应。

Abstract:One hundred and thirty-nine DH system that had been bred as the female parent, and 3 materials with the difference in 100-seeds weight as the male parent, the incomplete diallel crosses were used to study the effect of one hundred seeds weight of F0 genetic. The results showed that F0 100-seeds weight belongs to additive dominant super significant genetic model. HB2 was 99.97%, HN2 was 59.10%, the positive dominant effect was bigger, negative dominant effect was small; the positive super significant effect was greater than negative super significant effect.
