玉米优异抗源的引进与创新利用研究

摘    要:通过对引自美国的玉米优异抗源的鉴定与评价,筛选出子粒脱水快、综合抗性好等目标性状突出的4份材料。利用这些种质与国内选育的材料通过同步实施杂交、回交及多基因聚合等方法进行改良创新,选育出5个自交系,组配出6个杂交种通过国家或省级审定,新品种累计推广面积218万hm2。

Abstract:Evaluation and appraisal of several excellent resistant sources from USA, the results showed that 4 materials showing striking target characters, which kernel dewatering fast, comprehensive resistance best, et al. Five inbred lines and six hybrids were examined and approved by national or provincial maize cultivar registration board by crossing, back crossing and multi-gene polymer-crossing using these germplasm and domestic materials. The total area sown to new hybrid maize has reached 2.18 million ha, which has created remarkable social and economic result.
