壳聚糖对玉米种子萌发及耐旱性的影响

摘    要:以不同浓度的壳聚糖处理玉米种子,结果表明,以浓度150 mg/L的壳聚糖处理玉米种子可以获得较高的发芽率及发芽势。用15%PEG6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫环境,以浓度为150 mg/L壳聚糖处理PEG6000干旱胁迫下的玉米种子,研究表明,壳聚糖对提高种子的发芽率及发芽势具有极显著的效果,同时能极显著提高干旱胁迫下的玉米幼苗的根系活力。

Abstract:Maize seeds were soaked in different concentration solutions of chitosan. The results showed that seed germination rate and seed germination potential was the highest using 150 mg/L chitosan. The maize seeds were treated with 150 mg/L chitosan under drought stress supplemented with 15% PEG6000 solution. Chitosan could increase significantly the seed germination rate, seed germination potential and the root activity of maize seedlings as well.
