摘    要:为提高玉米种子芽生长点的转化效率,研究利用超声波处理玉米种子芽时间对农杆菌转化效果的影响。结果表明,利用超声波频率45 KHZ、超声波功率50 W的超声波仪处理10~15 min,有利于提高农杆菌对玉米的转化效果。表明利用超声波处理玉米芽是一种好的受体处理方法。

Abstract:In this study, we used ultrasonic to treat the growing point of maize seed bud for different times, aiming to improve its transformation efficiency. The efficiency of maize growing point transformation mediated by Agrobacterium was significantly improved when it was treated by ultrasonic with frequency of 45 kHz and power of 50 W for 10-15 min. Thus, it is a good way for improving transformation efficiency mediated by Agrobacterium to treat receptor with ultrasonic.
