超高产玉米与普通玉米生理特性的比较研究

摘    要:以超高产玉米品种(先玉335和郑单958)和普通玉米品种(长城799和通吉100)为试验材料,测定不同生育时期叶片生理特性的变化。结果表明:超高产玉米品种在高密度下和普通玉米品种叶绿素含量接近,但果穗叶的叶肉细胞中三、四环以上的细胞所占比例较大;叶片中可溶性蛋白含量高、降解速度慢、光合速率大、光合作用强;在后期过氧化物酶活性高,丙二醛积累少,叶片生育后期仍维持较高的生理功能。

Abstract:In this experiment, two super high-yield and two common cultivars were used. The variations of physiological character were studied in different growth stages under field condition. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of super-high yield maize Xianyu335 and Zhengdan958 were near common maize. But the proportion of mesophyll cell of ear leaves was big in three-four link. In leaf blade, dissolubility protein level was higher and degradation speed was slowly, photosynthetic rate was greater and photosynthesis was powerful, peroxides activity was higher at later stage, the accumulate of malonaldehyde was fewer. This result showed the photosynthesis and the longer duration of leaf of high-yield maize Xianyu335 was higher and longer photosynthesis time from shooting had important influence on bigger biomass in milking and grain weight.
