| 摘 要： | 利用RAPD-PCR分子标记技术,对鲜食玉米渝糯7号及其亲本的DNA指纹进行了分析研究,从220个随机引物中筛选出2个特征引物,构建了相应的DNA指纹图谱,用于渝糯7号、s147-1(母本)、s181(父本)的种子质量鉴定。

| Abstract: | Using RAPD-PCR molecular technique,the DNA fingerprinting of Yunuo No.7 and its parents were analyzed.In this study,2 random primers as characteristic primers were screened to identify Yunuo No.7 and its parents.The DNA fingerprinting of Yunuo No.7 was constructed and could be used in seed inspection and test. |
