摘    要:以郑单958为试验材料,采用水培法研究盐胁迫下外源钙对玉米幼苗根、生长叶、成熟叶叶鞘和叶片生长的影响及K+、Na+、Mg2+、Ca2+含量,探讨盐胁迫下外源钙对玉米幼苗不同器官离子含量的影响。结果表明,外源钙可缓解盐胁迫对玉米幼苗生长的抑制作用,促进干物质积累及根冠比的增加。外源钙可明显降低根系对Na+的吸收量,减少Na+向地上部的运输量;增加对K+、Mg2+、Ca2+的吸收量和运输量;降低盐胁迫下玉米幼苗各器官Na+/Ca2+值、Na+/K+值,表明Ca2+可改善玉米幼苗体内的离子平衡,缓解盐胁迫造成的伤害。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of exogenous calcium on the ionic contents in different organs of maize seedlings under salt stress, choosing Zhengdan958 as test materials, to explore the effect of the exogenous calcium on the content of K+, Na+, Mg2+, Ca2+ in the growth of root, young blade, mature sheath and mature blade under the salt stress. The results showed that the exogenous calcium could alleviative the growth inhibition of maize seedlings, dry weight and ratio of root-shoot were increased. It also could reduce the absorption volume of Na+ by the root obviously, reduce the traffic volume of Na+ to the part of the earth, increase the absorption and traffic volume of K+, Mg2+ and Ca2+, reduce Na+/Ca2+ ratio and Na+/K+ ratio of organs in maize seedlings under salt tolerance. The results indicated that exogenous calcium can improve the balance of ionic in maize seedling, alleviate the damage of salt stress.
