玉米黄改系材料萌芽期耐旱性鉴定与评价

摘    要:在正常水分和PEG6000胁迫处理条件下,对玉米自交系黄早四和16份黄改系材料进行萌芽期耐旱性鉴定并筛选耐旱材料。结果表明,PEG溶液在浓度为-0.2 Mpa(11.96%)即可进行干旱胁迫处理。萌发耐旱指数(GDRI)和贮藏物质干旱伤害率能够区分材料的耐旱性,GDRI与贮藏物质干旱伤害率呈显著负相关。GDRI与胚根长伤害率、胚芽干重伤害率和胚根干重伤害率呈显著负相关。中胚轴长度、子粒鲜重和子粒干重不受干旱胁迫的影响,不能作为耐旱性鉴定的性状,可用于育种材料的筛选性状。根据PEG胁迫筛选,获得6份黄改系的萌芽期耐旱性材料。

Abstract:Under normal water condition and polyethylene glycol(PEG) simulating water stress condition, electing and identification drought tolerance of inbred Huangzaosi and 16 Huanggaixi(HGX) lines in the germination stage. The results showed that drought stress was simulated when the concentration of PEG solution was -0.2 Mpa(11.96%). The drought tolerance of lines was distinguished by GDRI and dry matter accumulation injuring rate. There were significantly negative correlation between GDRI and dry matter accumulation injuring rate. There were significantly negative correlation between GDRI and injuring rate of radicle length and dry weight of spout and radical. Mesocotyl length, kernel fresh weight and kernel dry weight couldn''t be identification traits of drought tolerance because they couldn''t affect by drought tolerance, but they were breeding selection traits. Based on PEG stress, six HGX lines were identification in the germination stage.
