玉米不同雄性不育胞质杂种优势分析

摘    要:以3组不同的核质不育系及其保持系为材料,分别与4个高配合力的测验种测交,对测交种产量性状进行方差分析,分析不同胞质不育系类型对产量优势的影响。结果表明,T型不育系T103、DT-合344和ZT-合344所组配测交种和其保持系组配的测交种相比产量差异不显著;C型不育系85218A组配测交种的产量比保持系增产11.81%,达显著差异水平。

Abstract:In order to analyze the different types of CMS effects the yield advantage, three types of CMS and their maintainer lines were testcrossed to four high combining ability of testers, respectively. The hybrids yield characters results of variance analysis showed that, the test cross variety yield of T type CMS T103, DT-344 and ZT-344 compared with its maintainer performed no significant difference. However, the test cross variety yield of C type CMS 85218A displayed significant difference compared to its maintainer, improved yield 11.81%.
