摘    要:Opaque2(O2)转录因子在玉米胚乳的发育进程中起重要作用。o2突变体中赖氨酸含量增加,玉米品质提高,但在很多农艺性状上表现较差。以授粉后18 d的玉米胚乳为材料,使用RNA测序(RNA-Seq)技术筛选到3 051个差异表达基因(DEGs)。通过GO和KEGG富集分析发现,DEGs覆盖了物质跨膜运输、次生代谢物的生物合成、植物激素信号转导、脂质代谢、氮代谢等多方面的功能。由此推测,O2是玉米胚乳发育过程中多种代谢途径的关键性调节因子。
