玉米拔节期水分胁迫对植株性状、光合生理及产量的影响

摘    要:利用盆栽试验研究了拔节期水分胁迫对玉米植株性状、光合生理及产量的影响。结果表明,玉米拔节期轻度、中度、重度水分胁迫处理的株高、茎粗、单株叶面积、地上部风干重、根风干重和根长均低于对照,根冠比高于对照。在子粒灌浆期测量,轻度、中度、重度水分胁迫处理的光合速率低于对照,叶片水分利用效率均高于对照。拔节期轻度、中度、重度水分胁迫处理分别比对照减产7.50%、21.04%和26.19%。

Abstract:Effects of different water stresses were investigated with pot cultivation in maize jointing stage. Results indicated that water stresses of jointing stage reduced plant height, stem diameter, leaves diameter, leaves area, dry matter accumulation and root length. But it increased ration of root/shoot. Water stress of jointing stage reduced photosynthetic rate in filling stage. But it increased water production efficiency. It reduced 7.50%, 21.04% and 26.19% of crop yield with light lacking water stress, middle lacking water stress and severe water stress.
