耐低钾玉米总根长的主基因+多基因遗传分析

摘    要:应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型多世代联合分析方法,研究耐低钾玉米自交系90-21-3(P1)和低钾敏感玉米自交系D937(P2)及其杂交和回交世代F1、F2、B1、B2等6个世代苗期总根长的遗传机制。结果表明,总根长受加性-显性-上位性多基因控制,在B1世代选择效率最高;对于B1、B2和F2世代,其多基因遗传率分别为70.14%、42.59%和46.48%;遗传变异占表型变异平均为53.07%,环境变异占表型变异平均为46.93%。环境对植物总根长有一定影响。

Abstract:Inheritance of total root length was analyzed applying the joint segregation analysis of a mixed genetic model of major gene plus polygene in six generations(P1, P2, F1, B1, B2 and F2) at seedling stage of tolerance to low-potassium maize. Total root lengths were dominated by additive-dominance-epistatic gene and select the most efficiency in the B1. The heritability of the major gene plus polygene in B1, B2 and F2 was estimated to be 70.14%, 42.59% and 46.48%, respectively. In addition, the environmental variance and the genetic variance accounted for 46.93% and 53.07% of the phenotypic variance, respectively, indicating that the environmental factors had some effects on total root length in tolerance to low-potassium maize.
