摘    要:以93份代表自交系及27套包括杂交种及双亲在内的三联体材料为试材,分别用Qiagen和ABI3730两种DNA分析仪,从111对新型玉米SSR引物中筛选出多态性高、稳定性好、适于自动化分型的引物9对,确定1套适合SSR引物评估筛选的方案,可以为今后引物设计至评估入选提供高效的筛选方案提供参考。

Abstract:Using the 93 inbred lines and 27 sets of mother-father-child trios containing hybrid and parents as the experimental material, separately using two kinds of DNA analyzer to screen primers about Qiagen and ABI3730, screening 9 pairs of primers with high polymorphism, good stability and suitable for automatic classification from 111 pairs of primers, determined a set of suitable for SSR primers screening evaluating scheme.in order to lay a foundation for provide high efficiency screening scheme about primers design, evaluate and choose in future.
