摘    要:群体改良是玉米种质创新的重要途径,运用适宜的改良方法可显著提高群体改良效率。从群体遗传学和分子数量遗传学角度,系统分析前人利用混合选择法实行群体改良获得的遗传增益、遗传变异及其对群体结构的影响。分析结果表明:混合选择法可以有效改良群体的产量、产量构成性状及一般配合力效应,保持群体遗传变异,是玉米种质改良和创新的有效途径。

Abstract:Population improvement is an important method of maize germplasm enhancement, and an appropriate method could increase selection efficiency of germplasm improvement. Based on previous results, the genetic gains, genetic variance and population structure of maize population improved by mass selection were analyzed systematically by population and molecular quantitative genetics theory in this study. The results revealed that mass selection was an effective way for maize germplasm improvement, and it could effectively improve yield and their components and general combing ability effect of population and reserve the genetic variance.
