摘    要:以郑单958为试验材料,设置90 000株/hm2高密度种植,探究不同时期喷施Opera对夏玉米叶片衰老及群体产量的调控作用。结果表明,高密条件下喷施Opera药剂,有利于增加夏玉米植株茎粗,提高生育后期叶面积指数和干物质积累量,增强叶片持绿性,延缓衰老;增加灌浆中后期子粒体积和干重,促进子粒灌浆。不同时期喷施Opera后夏玉米穗粒数和千粒重均有所增加,且产量提升6.78%~13.94%。喷施Opera可缓解密植对夏玉米生育后期产生的负效应,防止叶片早衰,增加植株生物量及子粒产量,且两个喷施时期表现为13叶期喷施作用效果大于8叶期喷施。

Abstract:The effects of spraying Opera at the eighth leaf stage and thirteenth leaf stage on growth and grain filling of summer maize Zhengdan958 were investigated, which were planted at 90 000 plant/ha. The plant stem thickness, LAI and biomass accumulation of summer maize during the late growing stage were increased by spraying Opera. Spraying Opera at the eighth leaf stage and thirteenth leaf stage on growing increased the dry matter accumulation and transfer of summer maize by delaying leaf senescence. In addition, the grain yield increased by 6.78% to 13.94%, which was attributed to higher kernel volume and kernel weight. Clearly, spraying Opera could effectively alleviate the adverse effects of high plant density on summer maize by delaying leaf senescence, improving dry matter accumulation and grain yield. Besides, spraying Opera in thirteen leaf stage was better than that in eight leaf stage.
