| 摘 要： | 针对目前玉米发芽试验中测量、测算手段存在的不足,提出一种利用数字图像处理技术解决这些问题的简便方法。通过对种苗图像进行处理和分析,获取图像特征,建立其与实测数据的数学模型,应用所建模型可以方便、快速地获取苗高、苗鲜重等数据。该技术将为玉米种子发芽试验及其他植物种子发芽试验提供新的检测手段。

| Abstract: | The paper gave a new and simple method to get results from the ger mination test. Procedures include acquisition of digital image of the seedling, segmentation of object from background, extracting features of object, and build ing the models for relationships between image features and actual measurements of the seedling. Based on these models, the height and fresh weight of seedlings and the percentage germination may be computed effectively and easily. |
